A wood fence can be an excellent choice for home
security or just privacy. But a wood fence is not as durable as chain link |

As seen above... Improperly set wood posts will lean & leave an unaesthetic appearance. Wood
should also be treated to with stand weathering. A painted fence will last
longer but usually in time posts need to be replaced. |

The life expectancy of a wood fence is 10 - 15
years and then you start replacing posts, and by 20 years it's time to cut it
down and use it for firewood. |

Our fences are rough cut cedar but can be
painted, or stained.
We do not have control over the wood itself ...
Some boards may split or warp (we do leave extra's at each job)
and the fence will move more than chain link. Humidity, dry weather, cold and
direct sun play a big part in a wood fences over all life expectancy. |
